Maximum allowed weight: Do not load debris weighing 12,000 lbs (6 tons) or more. Overweight containers may require off-loading before service.
Dry-run & access: Blocked/unsafe access can result in a dry-run charge ranging from $75 up to $675 per occurrence.
Blocked retrieval: If the roll-off is blocked on the agreed collection date, a $200 dry-run fee applies.
