Important Notes & Fees ๐งพ
Customer loads over 14,000 lbs (7 tons) are not accepted. If above the max, you’ll be asked to off-load until weight is acceptable.
Dry-run charge:$75–$675 per occurrence if we cannot service due to access/overload; blocking or impeding scheduled pickup may result in a $200 dry-run fee.
Hidden Items Policy: TVs, paint, tires, mattresses, or any prohibited items hidden at the bottom of the load (or otherwise obscured from view) are subject to additional fines/fees from the disposal facility. Any such fines are passed through to the customer with an additional 100% charge-up.
